If you are using HypeSznn™ Services to purchase custom-made merchandise, you agree the use of terms, state names, city names, team names, league names, geographical locations, symbols, dates, stadium names, venues, letters, and decorative material appearing on old game tickets, vintage game programs, and other memorabilia is of historical interest and is a fact-based, descriptive use (fair use) describing who played, when the game was played, and where it was played. In other cases the use of such material is a decorative and aesthetically functional artistic use relevant to the design of the product and not use as a trademark or a use indicating the source of the particular goods since HypeSznn™ is the source of all products on this website and has has no affiliation or authorization from any mark owner. HypeSznn™ does not need a license or authorization to reproduce the tickets, programs, and other non-copyright publications it uses.
For alleged trademark infringement claims, include in the message the name, street address, telephone number, and e-mail address for the trademark owner or authorized representative for each trademark allegedly infringed. Identify the product and include a link to the product page. Include in your message the federal registration number for each trademark you assert is infringed.
